Shipping Information Update:
Due to COVID-19, the demand for courier companies is currently soaring, and delivery times may be delayed due to busy couriers. At this time, we cannot advise or guarantee when exactly an order will be delivered. If you have any questions, please contact us via email and we will investigate the delivery for you. Thanks for your understanding.

Order for Delivery Process:
After confirming the order/payment, we will prepare the goods from the warehouse or the manufacturer
The goods are usually delivered within 30 days, we will send you an email to confirm the delivery date and time
Due to some special reasons, such as global problems (COVID-19), high demand for courier companies or products out of stock, the delivery time may be delayed accordingly. For these special reasons, we strongly recommend that you do not arrange for a master/customer to perform installation work until you have actually received your product

Delivery time:
When the goods are ready, Tracking information as well as delivery information should be emailed to you by the courier or Proflex.

Receipt:
The customer or consignee must check the goods carefully before signing for delivery. If there is a problem with the item (such as missing items, damage, surface scratches, cracks and different models) immediately after receipt, please take a photo and must notify us via email within 72 hours of receipt, receive After receiving your information, we will follow up your situation.
If you find any missing or damaged items when inspecting the shipment, please note it on the delivery note and we’ll follow up for you.
When the customer or the consignee signs the delivery note, it means that the quality of the goods has been accepted and the transaction is complete. If you find a quality problem with your product after the fact, please report it to us. However, we have the right not to accept it.
